Quentin Gaudry
Patent Engineer
Quentin is a patent engineer in the firm who holds a B.S. in Cellular and Molecular Biology and a Ph.D. in Neuroscience. Prior to joining the firm, he was an Associate Professor of Biology at the University of Maryland, where his lab used genetic, computational, and imaging techniques to study how olfactory signals are encoded in the brain. He taught advanced courses in Diseases of the Nervous System and Cellular Neuroscience and maintained a successful federally funded research program.
Quentin also served as a rotating Program Officer for the National Science Foundation in Alexandria, Virginia, overseeing review, funding, and maintenance of a large portfolio of neuroscience grants and projects.
He is interested in patent projects at the intersection of biology and computational approaches, including neuromodulation and genetics.
